Our story begins on the Murray River in 1969, when Nana and Pa Sims purchased their holiday shack and began a family tradition of summers on the water. Generations later, that connection to the river — and to the South Australian coast beyond it — is still the heart of everything we do. Sims Real Estate brings together residential sales, property management and holiday accommodation under one boutique, family-owned banner.
Brittany Sims

Brittany's passion for real estate started young. She purchased her first property at nineteen and moved into the industry soon after, completing her registration and building more than a decade of hands-on experience across property management and residential sales in South Australia.
Her approach is straightforward: understand what the client actually wants, communicate constantly, and negotiate hard on their behalf. Clients consistently describe her as approachable, organised and genuinely invested in the outcome.
Kristine Sims
Property Management and Client Care
Kristine brings an unusually broad background to property management: more than two decades of business ownership, extensive customer service and IT experience, and practical maintenance know-how from years of managing properties of her own. She also holds qualifications in psychology and social work.
That combination matters. Property management is as much about people as it is about buildings, and Kristine handles tenants, owners and tradespeople with the same calm, methodical care — resolving issues before they become problems and keeping owners informed throughout.
